Las Vegas Weekend Getaway 8-2011

We met up with the Horrocks Family in Las Vegas. It was so fun and quick, but it was nice to not have to go really far to getaway. While we were there we went to the pool, opened Katie Birthday presents from my parents, ate at the cheesecake factory, and went to the Sugarland Concert. Ryan and I suprised Katie with tickets to the Sugarland Concert for her birthday. We had a blast. My parents watched Hayley so we could go. It was a great 2 days!!

Katie turned 10 this year. Ryan and I went and got her out of school for lunch and then that night we had pizza, cake, and ice cream. She invited her best friend Emma over along with her mema and papa to celebrate with us.

4th of July 2011

This year on July 4th we went to Sara and Leo house for a bbq with some friends. Afterwards we went and watched fireworks at the fairgrounds. Ryan hardly ever has the 4th of July off so it was like watching fireworks with a child. He kept saying "wow look at that one" "that was so cool". We love just hanging out with friends and family.

Update for 2010

Katie had her first Dance performance. She did amazing!!

Ryan, Me, Tyson, Laura, and Jayde all went to Phoenix for a fun weekend. We went to the Cardinal Vs. Bronco game!!

We had fun carving pumpkins and getting dressed up for Halloween!!

Matt played for the Kingman Cobra's. We really enjoyed going to his games!!

Katie turned 9!! We went to Utah for her bday. We went to the hansen planitarium and to the Utah game and did shopping!!

For the fourth of July me and the kids and ryan's brothers all went the to fair grounds to watch the fireworks!!

Us and a bunch of our friends went to the river one weekend. We had so much fun just relaxing and playing in the river. Yes ryan shocked all of us by shaving a mohawk into his hair!!

Once we got home we moved into our new home!!

The last stop was Cozumel. We had a blast just hanging out. I got stung by a jelly fish and Ryan dragged me parasalying!!

The third stop was Grand Cayman. We went shopping and swam with sting rays.

The second stop was Jamaica, we went to a garden and then the falls! We both liked Jamaica but thought it was very dirty and would be ok to never go back.

We enjoyed laying out at the pool and eating tons and tons of food!

One of our stops was the bahammas. We just layed out on the beach, swan in the ocean, and took a paddle boat out which is actually harder than it looks.

We went on our honeymoon to the caribbean. We left the night of our wedding which was so fun!! Ryan had never been on a cruise so we had a blast together! We cant wait to go on another one soon.

Matt turned 12. He got lots of presents for his new room but his favorite one was a new bike!

Easter was fun....we had a easter egg hunt at ryan parents house. The kids of course got very spoiled!!
